Started an account 2 days later they won’t let me log in and waited 20 mins on the phone for them to tell me I have to go into a branch to get it sorted with zero reasons why it happened. Terrible experience I will close my account now and won’t look back
Need to book appointments these days to discuss your money. So much for a service business.
Trash bank that keeps people in line for 45 plus minutes including elderly that have to stand uncomfortably. The tellers work at snails pace and there’s no system to allow people to keep their spot whilst browsing the shopping centre (eg a buzzer)
Rude, impatient staff constantly pushing me to bank online or use ATM for a large transfer, meanwhile a big scam warning poster hangs pride of place.
