Rude, impatient staff constantly pushing me to bank online or use ATM for a large transfer, meanwhile a big scam warning poster hangs pride of place.
We use NAB for both our business and personal banking, but we’ll be moving banks. We’re completely over our accounts constantly getting locked and being told to attend a branch to prove who we are. It happened again yesterday - I transferred money from one of our accounts to another (a transfer we’ve done before) and the account was immediately locked, with instructions to go into a branch. Had a lovely lady Emily (usually at Southport) help my daughter open her bank account. She was kind and very down to earth and answered every question for my daughter, even the ones not about banking. Best customer service I have experienced in a while
