Recently opened an account as I heard Nab was good. Within 3 days of opening it (same day, my pay went into the account), they locked my account to due fraud. Called them up and was told to go into a branch, went into a branch, and waited over half an hour for them to take a copy of my ID and tell me to call the fraud department. Left and called fraud department-Waited on hold for 20 minutes before someone answered - just for them to tell me i need to do this in person.
