Helpful staff doing their best but at times the branch is woefully understaffed. Calling these new concept branches “expert centres”is inappropriate when basic services are not available. If NAB is going to close branches at least allow the very few remaining ones to offer a teller service. NAB is focussed on pushing customers online and to call centres.
GET SOME MORE STAFF. THIS PLACE IS HOPELESS. SPEND SOME OF YOUR BILLION DOLLAR PROFITS ON EXTRA STAFF
