Great bank great location friendly ,helpful staff 10/10
Better than I thought. Had to reconnect my Internet Banking. 😳 Didn't take as long as I thought.
This place is terrible! Every time I come here it’s always an insanely long wait! You guys need more teller stations. In fact, the entire layout of the place makes no sense. Yes, let’s put the door to the back area that is constantly being used right next to the tellers! And let’s have it open RIGHT IN THE FACES of your customers! It wouldn’t be so bad if the staff weren’t so rude. Genuinely an awful branch!
If I could 0 stars I would. Every single time I come here there is line but ofc they only ever have two (or less) tellers. Other staff members float around demanding to know why you’re there, barking at you to move the line and opening doors in your face. The staff is horrible, like straight up I dread having to visit. RIP to the old Newstead branch you were the goat.
Great experience from start to finish. Fast, convenient, and excellent service!
