Specifically thanking Ritu Sharma. Helped resolve my issue that the online system, call center staff and Queen St branch were unable resolve for me. She took ownership of the issue through to resolution. She was polite and knowledgeable. General feedback is branches are understaffed and setup to drive customers online. The overall customer experience is unwelcoming and sub-optimal. With NAB net profit at ~$7B FY25 a few more staff at remaining branches seems possible.
Just got served by Krishan making a withdrawal, he made the process easy and had such a positive and bubbly attitude it made my day
