Huge wait time
Forcing me get my elderly mother from her care home to personally present at the bank as the only option if I wanted to open her an account, despite having legal documents (EPOA), sufficient original ID documents and me being a long term NAB customer (verified at the branch), and, knowing the distress it would cause to my mother and myself, is extremely poor and upsetting.
