Not sure if it is the suburb determining the service but I wouldn’t even give rating 1, an hr wait with an answer that no one can see me and to do it via call, we don’t go to these places to waste our time. Need more staffs who can be useful.
Looong wait to change personal details which didn't happen online,nor on the phone call and nor through the app. I have done this twice and still not right. And the account is suspended now.
Honestly this branch is ridiculous the waiting times reaching over 40 min of just standing in a queue while the line is out the door and not another person in sight to ask what you need. Only 2 bankers that cant keep up with how many people are waiting Older people standing up and cant be assisted choose to leave this is unacceptable for such a large chain. Looking to change to a different bank were you are actually valued as a customer.
