Terrible service they opened up a business bank account two weeks ago still waiting to hear back from them been in the branch they lied and said they will contact to update tomorrow it’s been a week since.
I’ve been with Nab for over 20 years . I am disgusted with the experience I had at the Merrylands branch . I will never step into any nab bank again , not to be racist but the indian lady who I asked help for just walked away and said we will get back to you in 3 weeks . She did not help whatsoever , the same issue has happened to me in the past and it’s been resulted on the spot. I’m extremely disappointed and upset from this experience.
I want to give a big shoutout to the branch manager and her team at NAB Merrylands! Here's the situation: On a Thursday evening around 5pm, one of the Smart ATMs malfunctioned and kept the notes I tried to deposit, instead of returning them. Fortunately, I saw the branch manager and her colleague (Sorry i didnot ask their names) as they were closing the bank and quickly explained what happened. disgusting service. Train your employees how to listen to your customers.
Every time I come here , I have to stand in a queue for half an hour before being attended by staff. extremely slow staff who does not know how to do their jobs properly.
