Very friendly. I sat down and spoke on the phone to nab whilst I was at nab..which was very unusual. They blocked a transaction, however the transaction still went ahead. For 5months they tried to work out how netflix is accessing my account. But it was beyond their knowledge/capabilities. Nab has felt like I have a hole in my pocket.
