I just had the worst experience, the customer service was terrible the employee that was looking after me was extremely rude. I’m gobsmacked, they are working in the customer service industry maybe they should try some.
After a very painful experience at another NAB branch, Newstead's service was exceptional. Extremely knowledgeable, understanding and helpful in opening an account for my mother, who is in a care home and not capable of managing $. They even expedited the delivery of a card to reduce the stress of the situation that required the new account. Very much appreciated. Thanks :)

I feel i had to leave a review because this branch has wasted hours of my time. Its in newstead so u can imagine the traffic is terrible, and for some reason 50% of the time their damn ATM doesn’t work… I think nab as a bank is great but this branch is the worst of all banks feels like Massive waste of time constantly, they desperately need to do 2 atms and also make sure that they work, if they do this i will remove this review. Im just fed up with waiting through slow traffic to nothing.
