It was amazing here. The service could not be better. Jon did all of our many banking jobs that had accumulated while we were on the road. He was efficient, helpful, honest, and he really knew his stuff. We were lucky to get him to help us. We just walked in off the street with no appointme t. He was not worried at all. Our NAB man at Ravenshoe is excellent and this guy was great as well.

The teller refused to withdraw our own money until approval from the manager. The manager who could be seen in their little closed office talked to us via their phone - didn't even show their face, They sternly wanted all details about what we are purchasing. As we were purchasing a car, they wanted make, model, rego, details of the car yard and sales person, reason for purchasing the car and pressed us for a detail explanation on why we chose to not get a loan with them.
