Long queue for a while, but a staff member came over and helped.
Great branch with very friendly, helpful and professional staff!
Possibly the only bank to decline a credit for a refund. Spent over 2hrs. Talking with NAB being hung up on and returning the call. I went into this office to be told that they could not help with my enquiry, then asked if there was anything else they could help with. The "assistant" didnt even open my account. If you want to feel belittled head on in and use their phone to call the help desk. Would not recommend to any one let alone the elderly or those with an impairment.
I dont use the branch that often and have been with the bank for over 30 years. But, every time I do attend tge branch the staff dont care about the customer and the wait is a joke with two customer service counters. I attending today to do some simple banking. There was two customer in front at the counter. I wait over 20mins before a customer left with a number of employees just walking past. I was then expecting to be called up to be served. In branch ATM ate $950, no receipt or anything. Asked the teller who was straight up snarky and unhelpful. When your literal job is money and customer service, how do you mess up both and pride yourself with a career?
