Worst bank. The prompts online or talking to your ai is terrible as it just keeps you going in circles! Trying to call isnt any better, they sound like they are rushing you off the phone! Ive been banking wirh them for years but now I think im done.

I had a very pleasant experience visiting this branch. The lady (Danielle) on the teller bench was unable to resolve my problem so she immediately went to find me additonal help. Staff were busy, but the branch manger, Mel kindly helped me and resolved my issue. (I'm sure she is very popular with her staff being willing to help out when things are busy!) Wow just wow. Came in to get some money out, from my Saving account. Was told by a staff member, "l shouldn't be doing this all the time! Try not too, situations come up that l can't Control. Just to let YOU know, l got stuck 20 km outside of Toowoomba. Had to get an Uber home, costly ride, staying under a street light waiting to get home. From enough money to get Food, to almost nothing!
