Branch staff are consistently unprofessional, and abrupt. Waiting times are continually long with line ups to the door a common practice with only 2 service counters. Always an awful experience.
They are so slow I’ve been standing waiting to be served for 35 mins and in that time the woman have served 1 person. Very unprofessional doing your job at a normal speed like everyone else not sloth speed it’s ridiculous

I had an exceptional in store experience with Marilyn who ensured my NAB issues were sorted.
Again I went into this branch for assistance with an silent disability the staff are so rude and unprofessional. They didn't care about the customer..... I am now as a result closing all 6 accounts with NAB... Thanks Ipswich NAB for taking advantage of the disable!!!!! Dirtiest most heartless thieves ever I wouldn't ever recommend
