Shout out to Alex who was very professional and helpful this afternoon.
A shout out to NAB and Alex. Brought my elderly aunt here to help with her accounts. Triaged us directly to a chair than a counter. Extremely patient and helpful to guide us through the process. Shared specific tips on how to maximise interest. Made sure we were looked after. Handled with a smile. Even offered if any issues in the future the staff could ring around to get us in touch with him, which was a nice personal banking touch. 04/06/25. I feel as though the negative reviews of this branch are a legacy from former staff members. I went in today to open another small business account and the service from all 3 staff members I interacted with was excellent. Cam in particular made the process very easy and we were done in 10 minutes.
Have dealt with both Cam & Alexander in the last few months & found them both to be knowledgeable & proactively helpful. Between them, they have changed my opinion of NAB.
Cam is great very knowledgeable helpful sorting out our partners term deposit
