04/06/25. I feel as though the negative reviews of this branch are a legacy from former staff members. I went in today to open another small business account and the service from all 3 staff members I interacted with was excellent. Cam in particular made the process very easy and we were done in 10 minutes.
Have dealt with both Cam & Alexander in the last few months & found them both to be knowledgeable & proactively helpful. Between them, they have changed my opinion of NAB.
Cam is great very knowledgeable helpful sorting out our partners term deposit
Quite pleased with Alexander today. All the information re 'travel card' Visa debit card explained to me clearly. Good customer service didn't feel like rushed.
