Me and my son went to open a account for my son But the second person her name like Nemaya (name was not displayed properly)said our documents not enough, We went the next day to werribee plaza nab branch same documents with good service they open the account, why these people are wasting our time. Please train them, What is so fuss to open a bank account for Australian born.
