It was a great experience today at NAB branch..specially Terrie and other girl I don't know her name they help us and solve the problem and really friendly to us...specially ppl like us who doesn't know much English....really appreciate they help
Great and helpful experience at this branch , All the staff specially Namaya is very helpful with all the queries . Harry the security guard has very good communication and customer service skills.
Nemaya Saivoiye has been very helpful and determined and understanding to help me in such a hard time with my mothers passing she has gone out of her way to help me as well as other customers . I thank her so much she has made my life much easier for me thanks again Nemaya big hug
Had a complex glitch on one of my accounts. Turned out I hadn't registered as an Australian for tax purposes. Nemaya helped me get this sorted. Very competent and professional.
