Great and helpful experience at this branch , All the staff specially Namaya is very helpful with all the queries . Harry the security guard has very good communication and customer service skills.
Nemaya Saivoiye has been very helpful and determined and understanding to help me in such a hard time with my mothers passing she has gone out of her way to help me as well as other customers . I thank her so much she has made my life much easier for me thanks again Nemaya big hug
Had a complex glitch on one of my accounts. Turned out I hadn't registered as an Australian for tax purposes. Nemaya helped me get this sorted. Very competent and professional.
Service absolutely deplorable! But can't just fault them, the majority of the banking industry have gone down this dark path in recent years!
Worst experience i had with them. Went there to open my business account last week. Their system was down. Was told to come today. Went there today and they said we have short staff and can’t help me. Took my day off today i told the lady. She said i do understand but can’t help me out. If i compare them with commonwealth bank or ANZ bank they are not even 1 percent of them. I wish i could give them less than 1 star.
