I arrived at the branch at 3:55 pm to open a new NAB account. I waited until 4:45 pm—almost one hour—and no staff member came to assist me. Even though I was waiting to open a new account, no one acknowledged me or explained the delay. I eventually had to leave without opening my account. This was a very disappointing first experience with NAB. I hope the branch improves its customer service and staffing.
Nab has gone to shit there not letting me get my money out even with id they tell me to call so I do n they tell me to go to the branch yesterday I went from Werribee to the CBD head office to have them tell me to go Collins St and I can get my money out from there I go there and they say they can't so they book me a appointment in Werribee in 1hr time I get there just b4 my appointment to find out there not open I've tried calling the whole day with out getting anywhere then that night I get threw for them to say my account... read more
They have money there. I like money.
Me and my son went to open a account for my son But the second person her name like Nemaya (name was not displayed properly)said our documents not enough, We went the next day to werribee plaza nab branch same documents with good service they open the account, why these people are wasting our time. Please train them, What is so fuss to open a bank account for Australian born.
