Big thank you and congrats to all staff at NAB Forster branch particularly Adam Pope - Branch Manager who provided excellent customer services. I couldn’t attend the scheduled appointment with finance specialist so Adam has stepped in to accommodated and assisted me with all my needs to open new accounts on the spot.
Required guidance with credit card - saving account information. Adam is the man. Ticked all boxes.
Bank Manager Adam was so friendly and helpful. The NAB branch in Forster is one of the best. Excellent staff and amazing service.
I wish I was able to give more than 5 stars to be honest!!!!! I went there today for help and the lady behind the counter was so great and helpful, I also had dealings with the branch manager Adam he was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! he took time out of his day to help me fix the issue with my account, such lovely people at this branch. I was super happy with how my issue was dealt with
