Went to Indoroopilly branch to order new replacement card[ old one damages] The young teller took over the app on my phone and totally stuffed up what I wanted and opened a new account which has wasted several hours of time trying to sort out at another branch!! All I wanted was a replacement card - Great No service yet again NAB!!!
I have been having difficulty resolving a particular matter for the past 3 weeks on line and via telephone. Today I walked into the NAB Indooroopilly Branch and was assisted by Georgia. She was able to quickly identify the issue and was able to resolve it in 10 minutes. A very smart person with excellent customer service ethic. Thanks Georgia, you're a champion!!
Lady at counter was super helpful and lovely. She actually stayed past 4pm closing time to help my elderly mum. I would definitely recommend this branch over Toowong as the manager there was very rude and racist to my mum.
