I have been having difficulty resolving a particular matter for the past 3 weeks on line and via telephone. Today I walked into the NAB Indooroopilly Branch and was assisted by Georgia. She was able to quickly identify the issue and was able to resolve it in 10 minutes. A very smart person with excellent customer service ethic. Thanks Georgia, you're a champion!!
Lady at counter was super helpful and lovely. She actually stayed past 4pm closing time to help my elderly mum. I would definitely recommend this branch over Toowong as the manager there was very rude and racist to my mum.
Poor service, unprofessional service
Rude and unhelpful! Zero customer care factor. I even asked if she was OK she was so rude. Turns out we were given misinformation from the start of the whole process which added to confusion and frustration. Problem solved however as we are closing our accounts.
