Need to improve services, need to be little more professional, ALSO REQUEST NOT TO HESITATE WHENEVER CUSTOMER OR NON CUSTOMER ASKING FOR BASIC AND GENERAL HELP WITHIN BANK RULES AND REGULATIONS.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to the NAB branch in Sunshine to complete a simple identity verification for a credit card application—something I was explicitly told had to be done in person. This is the only branch anywhere remotely close to me, so I made the trip expecting it to be a quick process. Instead, I walked into chaos. Im not even a NAB customer and the staff and manager Dylan, helped me out with a bank cheque I recieved from interstate which was unsigned. Ever so accommodating and friendly!!!! Honestly I want to switch banks and make this one my main branch. The employees in this branch are what every one who works with the public should aspire to be like. They make you want to be there because of their mannerisms. Thanks guys.
