Worst service ever you wait in line for hours while the tellers talk endlessly to customers no sense of urgency when lines are out the door ! Worst bank ever !!! Stout women with caked on makeup shoulder length blond hair particularly rude has attitude !

I visited this branch to withdraw cash and transfer funds between NAB accounts. This is not my local NAB branch. Unfortunately, I left without completing either transaction, as the teller refused to assist me and advised that I should complete the transactions online. At the time, I did not have my NAB card with me and was therefore unable to use the ATM. Zero Starts ,if possible. No customer service at all. Open a new account and that was blocked for no reason.. went to bank in rain...Waited more then half an hour then staff tells me that he can't help me , as he is too busy. No words can describe - that bad experience . Never go there. I hv just destroyed me card and close my account with them.
