Zero Starts ,if possible. No customer service at all. Open a new account and that was blocked for no reason.. went to bank in rain...Waited more then half an hour then staff tells me that he can't help me , as he is too busy. No words can describe - that bad experience . Never go there. I hv just destroyed me card and close my account with them.
Would give zero stars if that was possible. Utterly unhelpful staff. Can't answer a straight question about my card being destroyed without them even trying to to call me. They couldn't wait to shoo me out of the door. After almost 30 yrs with the bank, if that is what their service level is, I am afraid I will be closing my account with them. Especially unhelpful staff who would win awards if there were some for incompetent people.
Went to open the bank account on Tuesday at 11:30am. No one attended us for 15-20 minutes. Even though no customer was there, an employee asked us to come back after 2 and Half hours (as she advised they were having lunch periodically) to open the account. No way we will come back. I'm going to another bank. Thanks for a good service, NAB :-(
Asked to deposit a check directly into my account and was shuffled away by staff and an envelope and put it in the express business deposit.I am not a business. Big deal, there' nothing to show in my acc. Very disappointing. As I specifically said I wanted to deposit it in my account now.& asked this will appear as uncleard funds now? Lied to. Looks like the manager might be fixing it. Your bad Moreen.
Went in to create a joint account with my partner on 2 different occasions. I have an NAB account, she does not. Was told on the first occasion that because they were due to close in 30 mins, they could not help me. 2nd time, I went in at around 11am and was told no, not today, as each of the workers had to go on seperate lunch breaks and that would take all day apparently.
