The NAB does not want to help you with your problems. "Just log on to the NAB app or internet banking" says the pre-recorded message. But what do you do when they don't work??? NAB don't care.
Horrible attitudes. My daughter is only 16 and she got a new number and all she wanted was to tell you that so she can get the code to get paid from work. She had a student card plus her bank card. How much more ID can a young girl have at her age. You have done this for her before as she got locked out from her acc so what’s the difference. and she walked out crying and you were all so rude to her. All you asked for was another photo of her. Bloody disgraceful they deserve a rating in negative numbers. There is no enquiries counter here, therefore all the customers with half hour problem fixes need to get it done via the teller.
Said there wasn't enough time to open an account for me.
