Shame on NAB for this branch All the employer can not speak English and speak Chinese with loud voice I was there 30 minutes but no one served me because I wasn't Asian
I usually don't bother leaving reviews — especially about banks — but the experience I had at NAB Eastwood was so frustrating that I feel compelled to speak up. I applied for a credit card online — the application process was smooth and I was told in writing that the card would be available for pickup at my nominated branch within 3–5 business days. Was so bad experience about this branch. The one chinese lady like 50 years old+. When i came to the counter. She didn’t say hi or any pay attention to me just focus on her screen about 3-4 minutes. And i said just want to verify my id. And she said she have customer and look bit upset to me and ask me to sit down and then still have new people come and she was service them first and didn’t let me do anything around 20 minutes. If manager didn’t ask another staff to do for me. I think i’ll sit down there until closing time!
Bad and terrible experience in Eastwood branch, I went in there and standing at helping desk for 20mins the lady on duty not even ask me anything for services , I'm not sure where is she from but she speaks Mandarin to others , so rude and means , never ever go there again .
