Very quick customer service
If you make a mistake with your banking do not expect nab to show you any mercy. If you were to owe them a small amount of money they would chase you to get it. However if you forget to deposit into an easy saver account they will not sms or ring or mail you to notify you of the mistake even if you have over 700k in the account. They then give you 0.1% interest when you thought you were getting about 4 per cent. Don't bank with nab.im my opinion any bank must treat its customers better than this
