Every time I visit this branch, there is a long line and only 1 teller working. At one point I went here to apply for a personal loan after receiving an email from NAB to apply and get a special rate. The staff member had to get a manager. The manager was abrupt, arrogant and, after looking at my account history, brought up a particular job from my past employment. Long wait in line with elderly client its terrible only 1 person on the desk. Allow 1 hour in line!
I came in to open two business accounts. A manager made sure I was looked after, and it was a painless and easy thing. Recommend for all business or any other banking.
