I went to the Nab bank on the 22/05/2026 and waited in line to deposit some money into my 'I-saver' account. When attended, the young lady said that I could only do that on-line. I replied that if I do it on-line the money is then listed as a 'transfer' not a 'deposit' as required by the bank. I also said that to get the extra interest on my account the bank requires the transaction to be a 'deposit.' - "No said the cashier - 'as she then snapped' 'its a 'transfer!!' - (was I just called a liar?} Perhaps a more amicable answ... read more
Every time I visit this branch, there is a long line and only 1 teller working. At one point I went here to apply for a personal loan after receiving an email from NAB to apply and get a special rate. The staff member had to get a manager. The manager was abrupt, arrogant and, after looking at my account history, brought up a particular job from my past employment. It turned out that they knew and worked with my abusive ex-husband but instead of leaving it at that, the manager then proceeded to look up my ex-husbands Faceboo... read more
