Having trouble with account for over a year because I was paid by a cheque that bounced and nab decides to lock my account which is rediculous obviously I’m not going to accept payment for anything if I have any knowledge of indication that it’s going to bounce and leave myself out of pocket. Ms. Shay who works at the bank is a multi tasker, so friendly and very professional. She is so calm and listens to her customers with care.
