Kicked out at 4pm because they couldn’t resolve an issue and wanted to go home. Customer service is not something they pride themselves in. No resolution just rushed out the door.
Staff are so rude, not helpful. Go to Narellan, save yourself the attitude. Needed cash out because we didn’t have a card (which we got from Narellan a week prior) apparently Tahmoor branch couldn’t do it. As soon as 4pm hit got told we need to leave.
You know the internet? How about updating the fact on there that this branch is apparently closed ‘for COVID’ indefinitely and not waste your customer’s time. Clowns.
What a joke you can't ring your own bank they make you call the call center spend some money and give someone a job answering the phone how tight is this bank..
