My 89 yr old completely compis but not very tech savvy mum is wanting to make an appointment at her branch to discuss a matter. ZERO options by phone for doing this. We will just be turning up unannounced as that's the only way it seems to works, but we'd like compensation for the very expensive taxis we'll have to take to get to the only available branch now. We will NOT be trying to deal with this matter over the phone, as mum doesn't hear very well and too easily misses information. Good luck to us eh???
