Request couple of statements from closed accounts , took the gentleman 5 mins to print it out. Compare to other nab branches, 30mins and told me not possible… Chatswood nab branch has the best service experience I had so far with nab!

I'm a Australian living and working in Europe. On the last visit to Sydney I wanted to open an account for me. I don't have an Australian address. My wife has an account at CBA with a European address, and that's no problem. Anyway the young clark told me that it is not possible to open an account. I asked why and told her it works with CBA for my wife. She said it is because they use different Satellite for the mobile banking and she was very persistant about that.
