This was a terrible experience to visit this branch. I had called to order a new card but I hadn’t received it. Then I came here to order my new card. I have my Aus driver license but the staff doesnot accept it for recognising me, even I have my card and account app as well. And then, I said I want to close my account. The staff changed her attitude. She said I couldn’t close my account even I brought my driver license. And then she didnt find any solutions for me. Terrible customer service. Never recommend.
Elisha at NAB Southport provided outstanding service during my recent visit. She was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to address my needs efficiently. Her knowledge and positive attitude made the experience seamless and enjoyable. Would highly recommend for any level of banking.
Fabulous service from Ayami. The coin counter was broken, but she still counted all the coin by hand, accurately too. Looking forward to shifting my business banking from Heritage to NAB.
