My wife came there to open an account, they started to check documents and in the middle said they are going to lunch and she should return in 1.5 hours. Nonsense, joke bank
So frustrating. After filling out a form to open a joint account online, the website says to visit a branch where 'we would be happy to help'. Me and my partner get there to be told they can't help and we need to make an appointment for next week. There was one other customer in the bank and three tellers. I explained there is no way that we can both take a day off work to come in again to show ID when we are there now. Nothing they could do. We have both been NAB customers for over ten years but will be changing banks.
