Waiting to see a teller person can take over 30mins is my only problem
Most inefficient Bank. 2 tellers processing non monetary transactions whilst customers wait. Staff stand around asking what service you need - would be better if they handled non monetary transaction and let the tellers do their jobs. Banking system has gone backwards at the expense of the customer.
I was treated like absolute dirt by the teller hear. It was bad enough for me to change banks. But I was also taken aside and my complaint was taken and a reference number handed to me. This was Tuesday and it's now Friday and I've heard nothing. Customer service like this is disgusting. I simply tried to change my phone number on my account. This now requires photo i.d apparently!
