The worst banking experience with NAB! I have been facing issues with my NAB app for the past week. I even visited the branch and verified all my documents, but they still haven’t resolved my issue. Instead of actually helping me, they keep telling me to read Scamwatch information. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing, as I expected much better customer service. Honestly I am seriously considering switching to another bank. Absolutely terrible experience!
May refuse service making banking services useless
It's a bank clean and happy staff took one star off they wouldn't give me any free money 🤣🤣🤣 only joking
