I was treated like absolute dirt by the teller hear. It was bad enough for me to change banks. But I was also taken aside and my complaint was taken and a reference number handed to me. This was Tuesday and it's now Friday and I've heard nothing. Customer service like this is disgusting. I simply tried to change my phone number on my account. This now requires photo i.d apparently! Had great service with Tatyana today, she was very helpful!
I came to this branch around 3 p.m. to open a new account. They advised me to sit and wait as I would be the next customer. I waited until around 4 p.m., and then they told me to come another day. This is disgusting and very unprofessional customer service..
Worst customer service and I don't usually leave reviews If I could it would be a 0 star rating
