Hugely negative experience, I have no trust in NAB, complaint has been made to Australian Financial Complaints Authority, I would encourage others who have had a similar experience to do the same.
Wait times are unreal, waiting for one person for ages on a friday arvo when i need to do other stuff after knocking off work early,always the same thing, need to get it together nab. Very disappointed.
Please... do your job better...
