Been going to this bank for the past ten years and during that time have got to know the staff well, Narelle , Lisa , and the others go well out of there way to make you feel welcome and assist in every way possible. Great place to do business , here's hoping it never changes.
Every time I visit, there seems to be a shortage of staff, and I’m always left waiting due to some setback. The usual explanation is that staff are either on lunch or unavailable.

Very helpful lady on teller window. Person in the background giving orders was appallingly rude, constantly interrupting everybody and talking over the top of me. The complete lack of respect shown by her did not reflect me, it did however say an awful lot about her. A disgusting display by someone who would appear to be a senior staff member.
