Very helpful lady on teller window. Person in the background giving orders was appallingly rude, constantly interrupting everybody and talking over the top of me. The complete lack of respect shown by her did not reflect me, it did however say an awful lot about her. A disgusting display by someone who would appear to be a senior staff member.

Very unpleasant experience with staff.
Extremely helpful got my bank account set up very quickly and knew exactly what they were doing and how to help me, that’s what I call excellent customer service, if you are looking for a bank with great customer service I can completely recommend NAB
The branch and all the staff at the Bowral NAB are great. The front desk ladies are all so friendly and welcoming.
