What a waste of time to even sign up with NAB. They never value their customers and just want your money!! Very disappointed.. Will be closing my account soon.
1 star, though no fault of the staff. NAB downsizing it's banks, less staff on the counters, trying to force you to use the ATM's. There us literally a line up out the door and only 2 staff on the counter. What an absolute joke nab is doing this to their customers (again not the staffs fault). I will move to boq across the road.
Every time I go there’s a long queue. God knows why they would only have 3 tellers. Bloody hopeless. Nice staff but terrible wait, it’s always a line to the door 🙄
2nd visit to this bank only because I had to do a direct debit. And once again I had to wait 45 minutes to be served . 3 or less tellers for.this busy bank is not enough. Thank God it's not my bank.
My partner and myself went to get money out of our joint account this afternoon we were served by a young guy no name tag so didn't know his name but he has tan skin looks abit like Ricky Martin... we handed over our ID and my poor partner has to redo his signature 3 times and then get told to come in early next time to do a signature update.We have had never had any problems before today,this guy was a total jerk.
