When we walked into this branch, we were greeted by Stacy and served by Sandi. Their service were second to none. While we were there, we also noticed that all the staff were very friendly and kind. Thank you, guys

I’ve only had my NAB account for a few days, and I’ve already submitted a request to close it. According to their website, the Coin Exchange Machine (CEM) is available 24/7, seven days a week. However, when I went into town late at night to use it, the machine was locked inside the bank, despite what the website stated. Frustrated, I ended up joining another bank around the corner that actually provides 24/7 access to their coin machine. What a waste of time to even sign up with NAB. They never value their customers and just want your money!! Very disappointed.. Will be closing my account soon.
