Was a long wait which isn't the issue. Karen wasn't friendly at all got up and left atleast 3 times to do something else and left us sitting there & it just felt like we were a nuisance & she was annoyed so we ended up deciding in that moment we were going to go with the other bank we had considered & left. I get everyone has rough days but we were new to this area & it was uncomfortable. The other bank was alot more friendly & welcoming.
I went here today to get some cash out for an upcoming holiday, and all I say is big thank you to Roz, who helped me out with a new account thru the app, I was a bit confused at 1st but Roz helped me all the way thru with the app A BIG THNX AGAIN TO U ROZ, Ur a legend 👍👍👍👍 I just don't understand all the negative reviews here, ive never in all my time visiting this branch since it opened, have I ever felt poorly treated Wot would happen if this branch closed wot will the sooks do then, still complain
The blonde woman every time I went to the branch making her face nasty , doesn't know any manners, last time happy it solved with help of branch manager who is very polite , they have to kick this type of employee out, had nab account for 15 years, never ever met a rude person like her
If I could give zero I would! I just spent my lunch break sitting in this branch for nothing. I went into the branch to action a very simple request that has been done previously over the counter with the initial bank teller, on 2 separate occasions, at this branch spanning over 4 or so years. This time was different and I was told I needed to be referred to another member to carry out the request. Seriously, how can a bank have service this slow? Every time I come here - which isn’t often and is usually just to deposit funds - I end up waiting 15 - 20 minutes without fail. It’s beyond a joke and something clearly needs to be fixed. Today I eventually walked out because I got tired of waiting. There are four teller desks, yet only one or two staff working at most. Completely unacceptable.
