I’m really impressed with the level of service I received from Robert, Rose and Renate. I had to pop in to re-verify my identity, and they were absolutely amazing. There were a few issues with the contact centre, but these guys went above and beyond to get everything sorted quickly and made the whole process so much easier. Worce customer service branch I have ever seen. Karen was defensive with a client before me and then got defensive with me as well. I had to drive all the way to NAB in Riverlink to get the help I needed, after I had to deal with Karen for three times over weeks.

Great bank but the tellers are always being taken away to attend to tasks that the other staff should be doing instead of sitting in offices on their computers ignoring the line up
