Seriously, how can a bank have service this slow? Every time I come here - which isn’t often and is usually just to deposit funds - I end up waiting 15 - 20 minutes without fail. It’s beyond a joke and something clearly needs to be fixed. Today I eventually walked out because I got tired of waiting. There are four teller desks, yet only one or two staff working at most. Completely unacceptable.
Very bad service
Hi am Ray , my experience with NAB springfield is excellent with great service, friendly staff and the manager is always very friendly and professional and helpful. I have been banking with them since they opened and before then Jimboomba branch with the same service. 5 stars service.
