Experience the slowest service ever
Two days ago, I visited the branch right at its opening time of 9:30 AM. I was assisted by a regional customer advisor named S-. However, I am unsure how he obtained this position. As someone working in a regional role, one would expect a level of cultural competency in dealing with Aboriginal and multicultural clients, but he seemed to lack this entirely. Not welcoming staff at all. Only person that was nice was the trainee. Everyone else was rude and unapproachable. Almost just feels like they don’t want you to come in and use NAB services
The elderly teller when asked about scam, told me that to go to police and that NAB could not help. She was abrupt and did not let me see a manager as that it was not NAB's issue as i should have not put myself in that position. Was there again and understanding they have a trainee, NAB should have opened the other tellers to help with the backlog of people. Kept seeing staff strolling in and around the back. I have been in this branch a number of time and each you wait for long periods of time while there are 2 cashiers on, one person servers and the other one just stands there doing computer work and looks up at the line and doesn't help. when it eventually becomes your turn your asked stupid question and they try to pass you off on to a service you don't want. let me explain further stupid questions i would like to withdraw some money , what for ?
