I recently visited NAB Goulburn with an unusual, challenging request. The staff could not have been more helpful and kind. The old values and service we once expected from our banks lives strong in this branch. I left feeling very happy to be a NAB customer. Thank you very much NAB Goulburn.
Watched Wendy humiliate some poor customer today that couldn't explain himself properly. Very unprofessional
Absolutely shocking experience with Wendy Todd the manager. Me and my customer were both banking with NAB for more than 10 years and we both closed our accounts today after it took 2 and a half hours to do a simple NAB to NAB transfer because Wendy came to work today and decided she wanted to be a detective She's not fit to be working in the branch with her level of understanding and inability to process something not complex at all She completely humiliated some poor customer that was only trying to pay off his loan I have ... read more
You wouldn't find a more helpful, understanding bank employee than Yvonne. Absolutely wonderful as are all the staff.
