Easily one of the worst bank branches I’ve dealt with. NAB Cowes is slow, disorganised, and incompetent. The two staff at the front desk are especially unhelpful, confusing, and clearly not across basic banking tasks. Simple requests turn into a nightmare. Total waste of time. Avoid this branch.
I am just wondering why this NAB Bank is always closed before 12pm ????? I have been there along side many other not happy customers. All the other banks have great hours. What if you work etc or cannot get there by 9.30am which I did once and they didn’t open until just after 10am. I am considering changing banks i have had enough to be honest. Advice to anyone call them before you go.
