0 star for worst service ever. She’s name is Rubby and she is so rude with all customers and didn’t say apologies for the long wait. Never come this branch again. She is unfit for the customer service
I wish I could give 0 stars.Very rude staff. Came in with my kids to pick up my card and got there few minutes before they are closing and did not let me in. Stupid working hours 9:30-4:00. They don’t think about other people working hours. Never dealing with this brunch again.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We have a small business and have 2 EFT machines. One from ANZ bank and one from National bank. Anz Bank EFT money is in my account same day as I do settlement. National bank will not transfer my money for days from time to time. Usually I work on the weekend, my money should be in my account Monday before lunch.
