Worst branch in the country. Aitkenvale branch is a disgrace. I would use any other branch in Townsville over this one! Just for a bank cheque and by the end have the manager threaten to not give me a cheque as my answers weren’t up to scratch. I never thought it would be this hard to get your own money out. The entire staff need a reality check. Even one star is one too many!!!
Best customer service I have ever received from a bank. Marlane was extremely helpful.
