Bank constantly opens late and closes early. Also closed everyday from 12.30pm-1.30pm so it makes it hard for locals to do their banking during lunch break; which means needing to take more time off work in order to bank. Never had a good experience with the staff and have witnessed them treat others, particularly the elderly quite horribly.

my feedback to nab is that this is misinformation about atm card fees. it is not right you do get charged fees when yours use the commonweal and anz atms. they say on the website that there are no fees but that isn't actually right, they still charge a fee whenever I withdraw my funds from them. I have tried talking to nab staff about this but they say I have to contact the other banks for a refund but how can I do that when I am not a customer?
