my feedback to nab is that this is misinformation about atm card fees. it is not right you do get charged fees when yours use the commonweal and anz atms. they say on the website that there are no fees but that isn't actually right, they still charge a fee whenever I withdraw my funds from them. I have tried talking to nab staff about this but they say I have to contact the other banks for a refund but how can I do that when I am not a customer?

My wife and I recently started the process of swamping banks to NAB. Some of this process involved us going into the branch to finalise and sign some documents. The Manager, Marcus, was extremely helpful and informative with setting up our family accounts. We arrived minutes before close but He stayed back after close to ensure we had everything correct. Quick and simple process - really great customer service! Happy with nab and glad we’ve swapped. Thanks Marcus!
The worst possible experience with our NAB Term Deposit. One month prior to our Term Deposit maturity, my husband & I both went into the bank to lodge our instructions and sign the form for them to transfer the funds into our savings account on the term maturity date (because for some insane reason you cannot lodge your instructions on the NAB online banking portal).
