My wife and I recently started the process of swamping banks to NAB. Some of this process involved us going into the branch to finalise and sign some documents. The Manager, Marcus, was extremely helpful and informative with setting up our family accounts. We arrived minutes before close but He stayed back after close to ensure we had everything correct. The worst possible experience with our NAB Term Deposit. One month prior to our Term Deposit maturity, my husband & I both went into the bank to lodge our instructions and sign the form for them to transfer the funds into our savings account on the term maturity date (because for some insane reason you cannot lodge your instructions on the NAB online banking portal). On the maturity day, I logged into our bank account to find that the Term Deposit had not been transferred into our savings account and they had rolled it over ... read more
