One of the worth experience I had today at Castle plaza branch First wait for almost one hour as only one teller and other one is training girl Having business account but not able to have master card All ready signed the forms for online team Total wastage of time Even not able to increase my limit too Nab is just nightmare
My local bank, staff always friendly and very helpful every time I've dropped in for help (not an internet, device pro..) so having a branch with staff is great!
