Understaffed, undertrained, poor staff support ! Get another bank
Trent from the Edwardstown Branch was wonderful helping us set up all our accounts
It's not the staffs fault, but only having 2 tellers is BS. The deposit machines are really slow and when there are minimal branches left, I found NAB are useless!
