I recently moved from Dubai to Adelaide and opened an account with NAB. Although the country is still developing its digital ecosystem compared to Dubai, the customer support and prompt solutions provided by Mr. Tyrese were exceptional. He even followed up with us personally to ensure we weren’t facing any challenges. Don’t bank with NAB, pathetic service, this ATM is often empty and withdrawal is not possible. Useless. I travelled a long way to use this atm because of all the branch closures.
