It's not the staffs fault, but only having 2 tellers is BS. The deposit machines are really slow and when there are minimal branches left, I found NAB are useless!
Great customer service
Total joke, full of duds
I can't believe that ,, something so simple for very small transaction, they couldn't do it . I been disappointed because I travel long distances until I got the NAB branch who should accept cash payment for an urgent transaction. But they take long time for no reason. Any other bank, can do the work on second.
