God I hate this bank so much. The stupid smug voice recording that provides no help and doesn't recognise your bank is to customer service that takes 25hours to respond.

I Went here today to opened up new accounts, and the lady who assists me name is Penelope she is so nice and very patient .she helped me to everything I need and she explain properly to me which one is better to get.
