Very bad service Waste of time They never value your time
I am a customer of NAB since 2010. But i have this very bad experience when it comes to their teller or banker. I went to NAB wetherill park, I lined up, there's 3 teller or banker 2 are serving other customer and the other one was just sitting names MERIAM even though she seen me she did not care she let me waited for the other banker to FINISH and call me. I didn't mind so when I got call by the other Banker, which I assumed she is new as she did not yet know everything, called Meriam for help on my inquiry. But then I hea... read more
bad customer service,don’t deserve any star at all,rude people can’t get any help
God I hate this bank so much. The stupid smug voice recording that provides no help and doesn't recognise your bank is to customer service that takes 25hours to respond.
Really bad service and the stuff are really rude And they don't like to help Evey question you asked them, the answer is i don't know call the bank and they are the bank really rude
