Very slow service
Pam has been very helpful with my request regarding banking today she is very courteous and helpful been a very pleasant experience for me
Yesterday I received a phone call from the Manager at the Liverpool branch of NAB in Sydney. I was very reluctant to speak with him about the issues he needed to confirm because of the ever increasing amount of scams. Phone calls went backwards and forwards to give me the reassurance I needed that it was indeed a legitimate phone call. Customer service, very slow Don’t care how many customer that’s not good
I recently opened accounts for my kids with NAB and the service was excellent. The staff were professional, friendly, and made the whole process very easy. I also had an online dispute with Accor, who wouldn’t refund my money, and NAB were extremely supportive in helping me resolve it. I really appreciate their professionalism and great customer service — highly recommend NAB.
