Absolutely ridiculous and always lazy and unprofessional ppl... hire kids on counter who only have long tongue but no professionalism... Long cues but this ppl at counter talking rubbish , unnecessary with customers about their families things, just wasting time. I think better change NAB now after 18years...
We had a very disappointing experience with NAB, particularly at the Liverpool branch. Over the years, we were scammed multiple times and the bank failed to detect or stop the fraudulent transactions until a significant amount of money had already been taken. Each time, we were the ones who noticed and reported the fraud. The worst experience happened three years ago when I went to the Liverpool branch to transfer a large amount of money for our home settlement.
