Absolutely ridiculous and always lazy and unprofessional ppl... hire kids on counter who only have long tongue but no professionalism... Long cues but this ppl at counter talking rubbish , unnecessary with customers about their families things, just wasting time. I think better change NAB now after 18years...
We had a very disappointing experience with NAB, particularly at the Liverpool branch. Over the years, we were scammed multiple times and the bank failed to detect or stop the fraudulent transactions until a significant amount of money had already been taken. Each time, we were the ones who noticed and reported the fraud. The worst experience happened three years ago when I went to the Liverpool branch to transfer a large amount of money for our home settlement. This branch is awful. Avoid at all costs.
First they don’t open on time, and when they tell you to wait for someone who can help with loans, they’ll ignore you from there.
