We had a very disappointing experience with NAB, particularly at the Liverpool branch. Over the years, we were scammed multiple times and the bank failed to detect or stop the fraudulent transactions until a significant amount of money had already been taken. Each time, we were the ones who noticed and reported the fraud. This branch is awful. Avoid at all costs.
First they don’t open on time, and when they tell you to wait for someone who can help with loans, they’ll ignore you from there.
I went into the Liverpool branch to open a trust account for myself and my partner and was greeted by the lovely Pamela. Her friendly personality and politeness immediately made us feel comfortable, and we were able to trust her throughout the ID verification process. Despite a few issues, she handled everything calmly and managed to get it all sorted manually.
