Worst service ever. Been with NAB for managing many years and now there service is absolutely the worst. Trying to get some one to call in relation to a business matter and they call ONCE I miss it. They don’t try again. I have asked many times to keep trying as this important. They JUST don’t seem to care! We are now looking for another institution that ARE willing to help and they will get all of our business.. Friendly staff, great service. Lots of people complain about having to wait in line - lack of patience and understanding, the staff do their best and deal with everyone efficiently and effectively. Staff remember us when we come in and are an absolute pleasure.

Waited in line for 20mins. 2 tellers serving 1 customer. Line up is nearly out the door. Very bad customer service and lots of customers walked out including me, gone to put my money in another bank. Nab Mt Gambier is the worst service I've ever had in a bank.
