ATM eats notes. Staff are very slow to recover
I called in regarding a direct debit that I did not verify. Spoke to Erin who helped me with filling a form in to request the bank query and cancel this debit to my account. Erin was very helpful and pleasant to achieve this for me. Thanks Erin. Great service today.
