I have had a NAB account now for many years and when changing to a new phone you have to reinstall the app and sometimes have to go into the branch to set it all up again! The woman who served me was SO RUDE and spoke to me as though I stole the key card!!! As though it wasn’t my account! She wasn’t happy to help me at all but did reluctantly send me a link (to my old number!!!) even after I explained the reason for the visit was to set up my new phone! Wait too long to be served , employees always continuously talking. Service is disgusting
Thank you to the 2 lovely and bright customer service ladies who greeted me so happily as I walked in and asked if they could help . I explained why I was there , and they said to me that they could help me right there and then , and to have a seat at her desk , whilst she gathered everything I needed . The young lady was able to get everything I needed, and made sure it was complete , and stamped , and thanked me and wished me well . Just your average NAB suburban bank. Pretty easy to get parking out the front or along the street a bit further. I have had a very good experience with customer service here and then a very very bad customer service. Thinking it was a one off bad day for the server. It was a whiles ago. ATMs - there are two and I’ve never had an issue with either if them.
