I have to come in to the branch to show ID to unlock my internet banking, bank closes at a 12.30pm every day and I work full time, So now I’m with out money! So great start for being a new customer
Je pense que les employés font un peu trop d'heures, ils devraient ouvrir la boutique moins souvent.
The ATM ate my card. The staff inside the bank were absolutely unwilling to assist in getting my card back. Basically told me tough luck and offered no help.
