Hi, Iam writing to publicly apologise for jumping to conclusions and my forgetfulness of the events when I went with my son to open a joint signature account in Armadale NAB branch last year. All this time I thought it was a joint signature account and I was mistaken. I went last Friday to complain at my local branch and I publicly accused the worker that opened our account of not doing his job.
