This was my first time visiting the NAB branch on my first day in Perth. My English is not very good, but Anna Ongko was incredibly kind and patient. She helped me open my bank account and even explained how to go to the post office to apply for my TFN. Her help made me feel very welcomed and warm in a new country. Thank you so much, Anna Ongko!
Turned up for my 12:30pm appointment to this branch. There’s only one banking clerk working. This branch lack management, at peak hours you would expect more than one person available for customers. I agree with the negative reviews on staffing.
The manager, Ashlea Tuxford helped me transfer $33 000+ to pay out a car loan on the 15th Feb, 2024. The amount was deducted from my account TWICE. Nobody can tell me why. I am still waiting for the money to be returned. I am devastated. After a dispute was submitted I received an email from NAB saying there was no guarantee the money would be returned.
