How do you book an appointment, when you can't get through on the phone and the only option online is book a mobile banker .... help....
The bank officers/tellers were excelent. Took as much time as needed regarding overseas transactions while travelling. Much appreciated!!
Had to wait a while as a number of customers in line, one teller only. When eventually reached the youngish teller, the teller was rude and had no intention of trying to help me deposit some moneys into my daughters accounts. Her customer services were totally inadequate and as far as I felt age discriminatory. Will no longer visit this Branch.
