Awesome caring staff
Staff have near bent overbackwards every single time I have been in with a query. They have followed up issues and got them resolved in a timely manner and better than expected results.
As a first time visitor to this branch, when entering there were two tellers helping one customer , after I stood waiting for 15 mins while both tellers ignored me, continued their socializing/talking with the customer, I went to sit down .As I'm unable to stand for long periods, that's when one teller decide to do her job and call me over. Disgusting Service, staff need to actually work ,Not socialize on the job.Very disappointed overall.
