After coming in to open a joint account I was told that I could come back in half an hour. Upon returning I got told they were to busy. I found it extremely unprofessional and have gone with a different bank.
Friendly and helpful staff
Jo and I had to transfer two large amounts of money (super fund) and were holidaying from Bunbury.. Rose and Eddie were wonderful/helpful and friendly.. so much so we went and brought a bunch of flowers for them and the staff.. Have never felt so welcome in a bank.. Well done you 2 and a credit to NAB. Garry and Jo Birch
