Customer service is crap. Found a card of a local, all we needed was for the bank to notify their customer that the card is found and at the local school for pick up and that was too hard or against policy. Instead they have to destroy it and the guy will wait for a new card etc. Time wasting. Resource destroyed for no reason. Thank goodness you are not my bank since it is too hard to just call your own customer!
