Excellent service at NAB Glendale branch, I very rarely go into the branches however there was a lovely gentleman by the name of Adam and he was so helpful. Nothing was a problem. Thank you for a great service.

The staff is so inefficient here, came to get a business account opened, however the lady "sue" was more interested in playing card games over the computer, took 2 hours of mine, and in the end didn't even opened the account, and instead gave a false hope that the account will be up and running soon. Asked me we should open a bank account in commbank as they are better. Such a liability for nab!
