What an absolute joke this bank is. I rang up ordered to get some money out of my account, I informed the bank manager I would be in around lunchtime, she never said anythingto me about the bank closing at 12:30pm to me. Rocked up there at 12:30 on the dot and she said she wouldn't serve me as they are closed. Come Monday i will be closing my account that I have had with NAB for nearly 20 years!!!! Goodbye NAB
