Not worth the time or the hassle. As a business user, the deposit and change machines are perpetually broken, unstable, leading me to have to video the machine to prove I made a deposit in case it crashes. It will. Don’t waste your time or your effort. Time to go cashless.
Service is absolutely discraceful, staff don't know how to do the simplest of jobs then make you go to the back of the line after there own mistakes, wait time was 1 hour just to withdrawl funds
Disgraceful customer service. Has been for a long time. New staff every week. No manager in the branch for a long time. Not enough staff. Constantly broken ATMs.Passed my request for a call to discuss some options for our business. Did this 7 times in 7 weeks. Still no reply. NAB. Shame. Shame. Shame.
Very average experience, waited over 30 minutes, had all the correct paperwork to open account be told that they can’t help because they don’t have the right clearance to open an account, I either had to wait another half an hour for someone else to help or come back another day, I won’t be coming back….
