Very average experience, waited over 30 minutes, had all the correct paperwork to open account be told that they can’t help because they don’t have the right clearance to open an account, I either had to wait another half an hour for someone else to help or come back another day, I won’t be coming back….

Went to use the coin machine and it didn’t take my phone as it required a card to be used, no problem, I lined up to deposit coins directly with the teller. Was third in line. Two tellers and a manager behind the desk assisting two clients. The male teller was more interested in what the other teller and manager were doing next to him. Absolutely disgusting service. No one to help. Two people serving and taking ages while a huge line of people waiting. No staff on. Absolutely disgraceful.

Branch manager is rude and unhelpful. Got better service when calling through to NAB general phone number regarding my home loan; they were much more helpful, polite and answered all questions with no issues. Won’t be contacting this branch again.
