Was literally just robbed by thie cash exchange machine put in $150 to change for $5 notes won't dispense them shows and error message and then doesn't give the money I put in to it back an actual scam DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH
To put money in .. quiet hard these days when most banks are cashless and we have to deal with ATM .. Therefore this bank is Quick profesional helpfull and is NOT cashless, friendly staff. Thank you Ani ☺️
Popped in for help with the NAB app. Regan the manager was so helpful and had me sorted in minutes.
Extremely poor and useless customer service
Never go here after probate to set up a trust account and distribute funds as per the will. From the initial appointment to the final there was nothing but stuff ups. One of the most stressful times in your life made worse by incompetent staff. The NAB bereavement team are no better. Never again...
