Extremely poor and useless customer service
Never go here after probate to set up a trust account and distribute funds as per the will. From the initial appointment to the final there was nothing but stuff ups. One of the most stressful times in your life made worse by incompetent staff. The NAB bereavement team are no better. Never again...
No staff available to do simple things. Waiting with a bunch of other people
Severely understaffed. Came in for quick change and the machine didn't have the notes I needed, waiting in line for over 25 minutes and there seems to only be 2 staff members to serve 10 customers. Finally someone came to help, she asked me what I needed, told me she would help and to go to the counter, then proceeded to speak to every single other person in line asking what they needed, and then go out the back and do something else, before finally coming back to me. Getting my change only took about 2 minutes.
