Strongly recommend AGAINST using the ATM here. The ATM did not eject my card or cash when trying to withdraw. I called the support number on the ATM and they said my card and cash is now considered lost and there's nothing they can do forcing me to file a dispute and get a replacement card. DO NOT USE.
Staff are friendly and helpful but the operating hours are not very good 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM very hard to get into the branch to get anything done around work hours if it’s going to be those hours consider opening on the weekends
My husband and I went in to get his accounts back up to date after being overseas for awhile. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful to all our questions!
Absolute scumbags. Family member has over 2 million in a term deposit. They had discussions prior to sorting an account stating they wanted the highest interest (most banks currently over 5%). Find out recently its been sitting in an account accruing less than 2%. Then get told by the numpties there its over 30 days to wait before it can be transferred over to the higher interest rate of 5+%. Take your money elsewhere, like I have advised my family member to.
