You have to wait in a massive line to be told that you have to wait in another line. Banks are making massive profits they can pay to have more staff to improve the customer experience. This is not unique to this branch.
Withdraw money from nab in the city one a week and never have a problem but here they need my son's birthday certificate to withdraw 100 dollars and last time have to waited for one hour for a simple transaction.
It was extremely helpful for me, and the staff are very professional. Thanks guys
