Withdraw money from nab in the city one a week and never have a problem but here they need my son's birthday certificate to withdraw 100 dollars and last time have to waited for one hour for a simple transaction.

Hire some more staffs please
Friendly staff, but it took me over 30 mins to pay my credit card. Only 1 person to serve everyone. They need to hire more staff.
